As the agency of record for H.G. Hill Realty Company, one of Middle Tennessee’s largest commercial real estate developers, we’ve managed all aspects of communications since 2009. In addition to managing media relations, we’ve also helped them with numerous initiatives and projects over the years including helping them celebrate 125 years with the creation of a coffee table book, offering a narrative of the company’s rich history and impact on Middle Tennessee. To introduce phase two of the developer’s Hill Center Brentwood, we concepted and created a scavenger hunt book that highlights the state’s wildlife and takes customers on a journey to find bronze statues located throughout the center. Additional featured projects include new websites for both Hill Center Brentwood and Hill Center Green Hills, and numerous print and online ads.
