NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Oct. 1, 2015 – Nashville-based Forbes | Plunkett Group is breaking ground Nov. 1 on its 4th Avenue Townhomes project.

The townhomes are located at 1610 4th Avenue North within two blocks from acclaimed restaurants Rolf and Daughters, Butchertown Hall, and 5th and Taylor. Two of the four townhomes are 1,711 square feet and the other two are 1,391 square feet. All feature rooftop terraces and are expected to be on the market by April 2016.

“Germantown is one of the most desired urban areas in Nashville,” said Brandon Plunkett, developer of the project. “The response to our other residential projects in the neighborhood has been encouraging and we’re excited to continue to expand our footprint with the 4th Avenue Townhomes.”

Forbes | Plunkett has been involved in the development of 10 new homes in the Germantown neighborhood over the past 12 months and continues to pursue additional new construction projects and rehabs of existing homes in the area. The company is also developing The 30s on Charlotte, which consists of 16 units in the Sylvan Summit community.

The development team on the 4th Avenue Townhomes project includes Nashville-based RobinetteDyer Architects and Cygnus Construction. Chad Randall at Franklin Synergy is providing financing and the Forbes I Plunkett team at Fridrich and Clark Realty will be the listing agents.
